Morillon

Named “Morillon” Blanc after the original moniker for Chardonnay, this distinctive white was sourced from a special vineyard parcel at Domaine Saint Roch known as the “garde miel” (honey pot). Its northwest exposition, with light morning humidity and plenty of evening sun, results in a unique ripening process and a most intriguing wine.
