HPS President Dan Kravitz loves Zinfandel and long wanted to produce and sell one, when the opportunity arose in 2004. Bottled under the HPS label "Charles Underwood Farleigh", the maiden 2004 vintage (Amador/Mendocino) was released to great critical acclaim, and followed-up by a brilliant 2005 offering from Sonoma/San Luis Obispo.
