The Roca family has been producing wine in Mendoza for 4 generations, and currently farms nearly 280 acres in San Rafael, the southernmost province of Mendoza. At altitudes of 2,300 to 2,600 feet above sea level, Roca’s vineyards produce distinct, cool-climate wines of singular quality.

Viticulture
Fruit was sourced from 45 year-old vines at the La Perseverancia vineyard (about 2,300 ft above sea-level). Yields of 3.7 tons/acre.

Vinification
Extended maceration of period of 25 days. Matured 8 months in American oak barrels, second and third use.
