The Roca family has been producing wine in Mendoza for 4 generations, and currently farms nearly 260 acres in San Rafael, the southernmost province of Mendoza. At altitudes of 2,300 to 2,600 feet above sea level, Roca’s vineyards produce distinct, cool-climate wines of singular quality.
Tasting Notes: Offers peach aromas typical of the Chenin varietal, with the richness of the Chardonnay matched by a well-balanced acidity on the palate.
Serve With: Excellent with hearty salads and seafood, it has the intensity and body to stand up to bold flavors and rich sauces.

Viticulture
Fruit was sourced from the La Perseverancia vineyard (nearly 2,300 ft above sea-level). The Chardonnay vines average 12 years in age, the Chenin Blanc 60! Average yields of 4.2 tons/acre for the Chardonnay and 3.7 tons/acre for the Chenin Blanc.
