Description
A natural Beaujolais Villages wine by Arnaud Combier. The first ever wine produced by the Domaine des Moriers in Lancié, the Premières Gouttes— or “first drops” as it translates from French. A partnership between Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), Jeff Carrel, this estate delivers exceptional natural wines from distinct Beaujolais appellations.
Tasting Notes: Fresh, expressive aromas with red fruits and hints of pepper, and juniper berry. Round and fruity, with notes of licorice and blackberry. Fruity finish with morello cherries and a slender palate. A baffling delight that is extremely easy to drink.
Serve With: Excellent with a wide range of fare. Serve with charcuterie, cheese, apertifs, grilled or stewed meats. Enjoy as an apertif chilled to 55-56° F.
