Description
A partnership between Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), Jeff Carrel, this estate delivers exceptional wines from three distinct Beaujolais appellations. Premières Gouttes was the first wine produced by the estate, or the “first drops” as the name translates from French.
Tasting Notes: Fresh, expressive aromas of red fruits, with hints of pepper, and juniper berry. Round and fruity, with notes of licorice and blackberry. Concentrated and well-structured. Very approachable!
Serve With: Excellent on its own or with a range of fare. Pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board and grilled or stewed meat. Best enjoyed with a slight chill.
