Categories: , , , Product ID: 89695
Producer: Arnaud Combier

Description

A natural Beaujolais  wine by Arnaud Combier from Chiroubles. Arnaud Combier is a partnership between winemakers Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), and Jeff Carrel, the estate delivers exceptional natural wines from distinct Beaujolais appellations. Nestled 400 metres above sea level in its granitic circus, Chiroubles is the highest perched of the Beaujolais Crus. Refined and very fruity, this Beaujolais Cru is true to type.

Tasting Notes:  Redcurrants, small crushed strawberries, sweet spices. Great sapidity with crisp tannins. Finish is fresh, fruit-driven with a pleasant sweetness. A baffling delight that is extremely easy to drink.

Serve With: Excellent with a wide range of fare. Enjoy as an apertif or with roasted poultry. Drink chilled to 55-56° F.
